“ Best meal of the week and wow are we thrilled to have eaten here. Heard great things from other locations so tried it on a day trip to KW. Early arrival after opening and was seated quickly but the spot was already getting full. Cozy tables in the back with a view of the kitchen was cool. Didn't smell like fish which is always a great sign when doing seafood! The food was all outstanding. Deep rich flavors, generous portions of protein and the grouper was the star of the meal. Had it picatta style and the key lime sauce and caper combo was absolutely amazing! Calamari was lightly battered and flash dipped so you could enjoy the actual flavors and we loved the pork. I honestly can go on and on but this was a repeat for us. Service was attentive without being overbearing and the staff were all warm and friendly which is lovely when coming with kids. Also loved that the kids menu was diverse but easy for kids who want normalcy in fine dining ”
“ We were given a Key West restaurant that we had to dine at NO MATTER WHAT! Hence, we had to run to Square Grouper Key West. Parking was a breeze, with a parking structure adjacent to the restaurant. We were quickly seated and provided both fresh baked bread and soft drinks along with specialty adult drinks. Within minutes our food was freshly prepared and on the table. Our server, Raquel was amazing. Asked about dietary restrictions and what types of foods we liked. She helped us narrow down the exact meals based on everyone each Individual preferences. The food was melt in your mouth delicious, and we could hardly finish without asking for to go boxes. This restaurant is anything but square, with so many different types of food options. The restroom has a gorgeous wallpaper, and it was very well clean and stocked. Totally recommend this restaurant if you happen to be in the Key West area. Enjoy! ”
“ This place was fun! Variety of food selections. The filet was one of the best I had ever tasted! Portion sized was perfect. The appetizers were fantastic we had the baked goat cheese and tuna/avocado egg rolls. Some had local fish, chopped salad with blackened chicken, spinach salad, skirt steak, everyone was happy with their selection. Wine selection was great! Our server was attentive as was the rest of the staff. I would recommend a reservation. ”

“ Excellent place just a block away from the water. Pre-dinner drinks from the bar were good. My Wahoo fish and mashed sweet potatoes were tasty. Wife really enjoyed her Grouper Almondine. Dessert was a Tiramisu martini with white chocolate strawberry bread pudding - both were outstanding! Shoutout to our fun and energetic server, Braelie! ”
“ I’ve been to the other Square Grouper restaurants so I came in to this one with high expectations (pun intended) and it did not disappoint. Every dish was 10/10 in quality, price and presentation, not to mention that the place was clean, had a great ambiance, and the service from our waitress Natasha was delightful. Having a server that is warm, knowledgable and accommodating made our experience exceptional. I cannot recommend this place enough. Hoping they offer takeout soon. ”
